Meet Jessica
I’m Jess, the owner and creator behind Balloon Bash & Beyond. I’m a wife, mom of two, coffee lover, and a slight perfectionist with a serious attention to detail. My love for balloon décor started after creating balloons for a family celebration, and I quickly fell in love with the creativity and challenge of teaching myself something completely new. I’ve always loved celebrating others and making special moments feel even more memorable, which is really at the heart of what I do. I love creating unique, personalized pieces and seeing the joy they bring when everything comes together.

A few things you should know about me..
I’m a St. Pete girl, born and raised. I went to college for Criminal Justice, but life had a completely different path in store for me — and I’m pretty grateful it did.
Before Balloon Bash and Beyond, I spent about 12 years in the food & beverage industry, specializing in craft beer, training teams, and opening new locations. Starting a balloon business was truly a leap of faith. I had no idea exactly what I was doing or where it would take me — I just decided to go for it.
What started as “let’s see where this goes” quickly became something I genuinely loved. I’ve always been someone who loves celebrating others and making people feel special, so creating something completely unique for each person and occasion just clicked.
I’m extremely detail-oriented and a slight perfectionist (okay, maybe more than slightly). Balloon design has given me an unexpected creative freedom — learning when to obsess over the little details and when to trust the process and see where an idea takes me.
Christmas has always been my favorite holiday, but becoming a mom took that love to an entirely different level. Seeing the magic and excitement through my kids’ eyes makes me want to make everything just a little more special — which, now that I think about it, probably explains a lot about me and this business.
St. Pete is home.
